I put this as Jake’s background on his desktop when I moved to Austin. His parents were helping him move out of his house this weekend and saw this. They think I’m a total weirdo now, right?

Just realized that...
in 80 years, we will all be dead and then there will be millions of online accounts (tumblr, flickr, twitter, facebook) that belong to dead people. Just a weird thought.
Brushing your teeth fail.
I make Rhonda watch Law & Order:SVU marathons on Sundays with me and she always complains. She’s in Baton Rouge this week and must be missing me because we are discussing the episodes via text messages.
I am getting such a kick out of my old LJ entries.

So Erin came over to my house to “Study, laugh, and listen to rap music”…at least that’s how I lured her over here.
I think for our next Austin meetup we should establish a “casual” dress code. I mean, it’s not the first time something like this has happened.
Brilliant Woman Solves All of California’s Problems
Oh, lawdy. I can’t stop laughing.
I saw this yesterday and my first thoughts were “This woman has so many great ideas - including that scrunchie.”
If I could choose one talent to have - this would be it.
NEVERMIND!!! I was recognizing it because I bought a plaid uniform from a thrift store recently for a school girl’s pub crawl.
I found this bag on Etsy this morning and I recognized that plaid, but I can’t figure out which school it was from. Trying to figure it out, I stumbled upon this website of a store my mom always bought my uniforms from. (I went to Catholic schools from K - 12).
It doesn’t seem to tell you which plaid belongs to which school(s) easily, but the plaid I’m looking for is #52. As a side note, the first school I went to had plaid # 18, and then when I was in 5th grade they traded and got plaid #50. Then my high school had plaid #41. I recognize a lot of the other plaids too and could tell you what school they came from, but I cannot figure out #52. Ugggh!
Just noticed that Rhonda wrote “to be continued” at the bottom of our Rummy scores. We’ve started playing every night and many curse words have been yelled.
It took me and my roommate quite some time to remember the name of this Disney show from around ‘97. It’s Flash Forward. All I could remember was that the curly haired guy’s name is Tucker and we were able to use ‘Disney TV Show Tucker’ as our google search to find it. Yay Internet!
