Signs that I'm slowly losing it..
I was hungry, so I decided to make a PB&J. I put 2 pieces of toast in the toaster (I toast the bread before making any sandwich), took the jelly out of the fridge, got the peanut butter out of the cabinet, grabbed a clean knife from the dishwasher, then my bread popped up. I slathered the peanut butter on the bread with the knife and then made it into a sandwich and cut it in half. Then I threw the knife in the sink into a bowl of water. I panicked as I noticed no jelly was on my sandwich. I then said to the jelly OUT LOUD, “Sorry, jelly, maybe next time.”

Someone submitted this error in a ticket today and it made me laugh. Seems so redundant. Or like something Xzibit would say in a meme.
Laziness at it’s finest
My roommate and I realize that we are pretty lazy when it comes to most things. We have a pizza place that is in walking distance, yet if we order from them, we always have them deliver (we don’t even drive to pick it up). The latest form of laziness happened when she suggested that we get this toaster above so that we can each pick a side and use it — this way we won’t have to adjust the knob to our degree of toasting each time.
Sometimes, she really does get me.
Defensive Driving
Since I got that speeding ticket at the beginning of this month, I’m going to take a defensive driving class to get it off my record and to pay less. I was researching where to go, and of course Austin has awesome selections. I will probably schedule with Happy Time Defensive Driving - it boasts “$35 includes ticket dismissal, insurance discount, free meal and parking, and a great time”
They even have a reviews section in which everyone says the instructor, Mark is hilarious. Here are excerpts from the reviews:

i ended up taking an online DD course two weeks ago. any reason why you wouldnt do that?
I have added the emphasis of why I think I want to take the actual class rather than online. It sounds like a hoot and a half!
