Annoyances.
So a little about me to preface this annoyance. I work in Tech support for a software company. It is basically all done online with an occasional phone call or webex meeting needed - therefore I was able to start 100% working from home on Feb 1st.
When I update a case online, it also gets emailed to the person who submitted the case. In the bottom of the email it states “You cannot reply to this email address nor will your case get updated by replying. To update your case click here [link]”
As most of you know, these email addresses are set up so that we don’t get a million Out of the Office replies - we also don’t check this email box - ever.
Well I kept asking one of the clients to send me a screenshot of a certain screen and she said she already did. I checked, and I never got it. I kept asking her to please send it and even gave her an email address she could send it to if she didn’t want to send it through our website. Again, she stated she had sent it. Again, I didn’t have anything from her. I asked her once more to please send it to a certain email address and finally she actually did this but added the note “IS THIS NOT THE SCREENSHOT YOU ASKED FOR?!?!?! I had replied to the email multiple times with the screenshot. Is that the reason you didn’t receive it?”
I am at a loss for this one. It’s like she’s so pissed with that first sentence/question, but yet she knows she is the one that messed up. Ugh. So glad it’s the weekend.
