Hypothetical question

Ok, so the draft and queue features were recently introduced to tumblr, and I immediately think of Law & Order: SVU. Let’s throw out this scenario of how my episode would go…

1. I kill someone and a few strands of my hair are left at the crime scene.

2. Somehow I’m in their database, so they come knocking on my door.

3. I tell them that I have an alibi for the time of the murder, which is, I was at home blogging and show them my entry from the time of the murder.

4. They believe it, until someone brings up the fact that people blog from their cell phones all the time now

5. They come back to me, but I tell them about geocaching or geotagging (not sure which one it is) and that you can tell I posted the entry from the web and not from my cell phone (also they can check my cell phone records).

6. Again, they buy my story, until after my court date when they learn of queuing posts, but by that point, I’ve already been found not guilty.
